Every candidate that we forward to you will be fully qualified, pre-interviewed and briefed on your role. We will ask them the questions you want answering so the people we deliver to you are the closest match possible saving you valuable time. We agree in advance the maximum amount of CVs you wish to recieve and when you want them by. However Laurus maintain the best judge of who is a best fit for your company is our clients. So we will not stop resourcing the role until the vacancy is filled or you wish us to stop.
